good god this is working.

yesterday's menu
breakfast
croissanwich from BK minus the croissant
0 carbs
handful of hash browns
10 carbs (ehhhh)

lunch
bacon, ham, sausage and eggs
i'll say 3 carbs
2 slices of wheat toast
11 carbs (ehhhh)

dinner
tuna salad
0 carbs
salad w/ thousand island
1 carb

total:
25 grams of carbohydrates.

not perfect, but i'll live.
the scale still had an INSANELY low
number on it this morning. either my
scale at the apartment is way wrong,
this one is (it's digital so i think not) or
i've actually lost like 10 pounds of
water weight.

i know it's only water weight but..
it's still weight nonetheless.

my mom is lame so i'll just start posting and hope she
follows suit.

breakfast
ham and cheese rollups.
2 slices mozzarella - 1.2 carbs
2 slices ham - 1.1 carbs

lunch
half a can of cream of mushroom soup
4 carbs

dinner
ham - 0 carbs
stir fry w/ sauce - approx. 5 carbs

total day 1:
11.5 g. carbs.

and i feel like shit.
i'm tired, lethargic and i'm starving.
i need to find something better to
eat for lunch but we haven't got
anything in the house. i think this
will be much easier when i get back
to the apartment and can actually
buy food that works with this lifestyle.
