  <description>good god this is working.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;yesterday&apos;s menu&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;breakfast&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;croissanwich from BK minus the croissant&lt;br /&gt;0 carbs&lt;br /&gt;handful of hash browns&lt;br /&gt;10 carbs (ehhhh)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;lunch&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;bacon, ham, sausage and eggs &lt;br /&gt;i&apos;ll say 3 carbs&lt;br /&gt;2 slices of wheat toast&lt;br /&gt;11 carbs (ehhhh)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;dinner&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;tuna salad&lt;br /&gt;0 carbs&lt;br /&gt;salad w/ thousand island&lt;br /&gt;1 carb&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;total:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;25 grams of carbohydrates.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;not perfect, but i&apos;ll live.&lt;br /&gt;the scale still had an INSANELY low&lt;br /&gt;number on it this morning.  either my&lt;br /&gt;scale at the apartment is way wrong,&lt;br /&gt;this one is (it&apos;s digital so i think not) or&lt;br /&gt;i&apos;ve actually lost like 10 pounds of&lt;br /&gt;water weight.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i know it&apos;s only water weight but..&lt;br /&gt;it&apos;s still weight nonetheless.</description>

  <description>my mom is lame so i&apos;ll just start posting and hope she&lt;br /&gt;follows suit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;breakfast&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ham and cheese rollups.&lt;br /&gt;2 slices mozzarella - 1.2 carbs&lt;br /&gt;2 slices ham - 1.1 carbs&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;lunch&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;half a can of cream of mushroom soup&lt;br /&gt;4 carbs&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;dinner&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ham - 0 carbs&lt;br /&gt;stir fry w/ sauce - approx. 5 carbs&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;total day 1:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;11.5 g. carbs.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;and i feel like shit.&lt;br /&gt;i&apos;m tired, lethargic and i&apos;m starving.&lt;br /&gt;i need to find something better to&lt;br /&gt;eat for lunch but we haven&apos;t got&lt;br /&gt;anything in the house.  i think this&lt;br /&gt;will be much easier when i get back&lt;br /&gt;to the apartment and can actually&lt;br /&gt;buy food that works with this lifestyle.</description>
